  4. Order Processing & Acceptance
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
    LLB reserves the right to:
    • Cancel or refuse any order.
    • Limit quantities.
    • Cancel orders suspected of fraud.
    If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
  5. Shipping
    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless the item is marked as a pre-order.
    Please note:
    • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
    • LLB is not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our possession.
    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
    Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
  6. Pre-Orders
    Items labeled as pre-order will ship within the estimated timeframe provided on the product page.
    If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
    Pre-order dates are estimates and subject to change.

  8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
    By completing a purchase with LLB, you agree to contact us directly at lennonandlav@gmail.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
    Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with LLB may be considered a violation of these Terms of Service.
    LLB reserves the right to:
    • Provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, and customer communication to the payment processor.
    • Dispute fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks.
    • Restrict or refuse future purchases from customers who initiate unjustified chargebacks.
    Submitting a false or fraudulent chargeback claim may be subject to investigation and legal action under applicable Georgia law.

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
