At Lennon & Lavender Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. No sign of deodorants, makeup, tanning lotion/oils, perfume, etc.
All original tags must be attached.
Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued store credit via email. This will be in the form of a giftcard for LENNON AND LAVENDER BOUTIQUE, LLC.
Non-Returnable Items include, but are not limited to:
Sale or discounted item(s), Accessories (jewelry, hats, etc.), Bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear, Gift cards, or Items that were bought at 20% off original price or higher.
How to Start a return:
- Email us at lennonandlav@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Some important things to remember:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method in the event the item is lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen item(s) shipped back to us. Please work with the carrier of your choice to locate these items in the event this occurs.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lennonandlav@gmail.com.
Be sure to include:
Your order number & photos of the item.
We will make it right as quickly as possible!
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your store credit if items are returned.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
